THE SELLING TOOLS

Less repetition.
More control over each listing.

Work in manageable batches, check the cards you are selling and prepare the details once. Choose a direct eBay publishing review or a CSV export when you are ready.

Scan, match and review

Upload fronts and backs, find catalogue printings and check the language, finish and condition. Saved batches keep your work together.

SKUs that fit your storage

Give each batch its own editable prefix and card numbering. Combine batches into a variation draft while keeping the original copy codes and locations.

Publish with a final check

Review your saved eBay policies, photos, quantities and prices before publishing. Prepare fixed-price, auction or variation listings, with CSV exports also available.

See what has sold

Review recorded eBay sales and listed items. Connected Shopify order analytics are available too, with figures shown in your own account.

THE COLLECTING TOOLS

A record of the cards you own.

Your collection is private unless you choose to share it in Showcase.

  • Digital binders, folders and collection records
  • English and Japanese Pokémon card search
  • Graded cards, certificates and your own slab photos
  • Photo cropping, rotation and original-image restore
  • Purchase costs, personal values and market references

COLLECTING AND SELLING

Keep your collection.
Prepare what you want to sell.

Track raw cards, graded slabs and sealed products in one place. Use your own photos, record certificate numbers and organise cards in a way that matches your shelves and storage boxes.

The 50-card and 2-sealed-product allowances are totals per account, not monthly allowances. Market estimates are references, not guaranteed sale prices.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before you start

Can I use Card Desk today?

Yes. Create a free account to use the collection tools and start preparing listings. Signup does not start a paid subscription; you choose the seller plan separately.

Can I list items other than Pokémon cards?

Yes. General listings lets you choose the appropriate eBay category and add your product details, photos and item specifics. eBay checks category and account requirements before a listing is published.

Where do buyers purchase marketplace items?

On eBay. Card Desk provides links to eligible live listings. Payments, delivery questions and purchase disputes are handled through eBay and the seller, under eBay's terms.

Can I manage my subscription in the app?

Yes. Open Billing & plan for your subscription status and management options. For help, email support@carddesk.net.
